    384 Reps

A guy I work with who used to box told me about a workout they used to do in his training camp. It is likely good in the cutting phase of training, great for endurance, and really kills the part your working out!

For example, if you're doing dumbell curls

Take a deck of cards and shuffle them good. Pull the top one off and do that many reps in curls. If you get a low card, go heavier, if you get a high card, go light. Use your judgement according to what your strength is.

You go through the whole deck, Aces count as 11's, Face cards are 10's. wait between cards to your comfort level (not longer than 2 min). The total reps comes to 384! Once I hit my cutting phase (I have 14 more pounds to gain before I get to that point) I'm gonna try it.

    Any thoughts?
