hello everyone. i have a real big problem in my gym, thereīs a girl who in two times has close tome to teachme how to do the ejercise, and giveme a fucking justification , why i have to do it en the way that she say.
itīs so embarrass to much.
any opinion o sujestion to stop her science explication.

the exercise itīs behind the neck pull down. she said it can hurt my cervicals ,bla bla bla, .
i have been trainin for more than 15 years and this exercise is one of the all the time.
some says and feel fear aboy it. but in my case i have never get pain.

hey, we all are going to get some form of injury down the line in the world of lifting. so do what your keep doing, when it hurts, oh well it was bound to happen sooner or later
I was going to say the same thing....I use to do front and back but after researching about it I found doing them in the front is the way to go. To maximize your gains guys staying injury free is key so keep that in mind.
Also if she is trying to educate you on certain lifts and you dont like it, try to educate yourself on as much as possible to be able to counter her claims and sound knowledgeable at the same time. If she sees you can back up why your doing such things in the gym she will either ask you out on a date, tips on training or simply leave you alone.

Obviously you are not the kind of person that takes advice. At the very least listen and if you doubt it then investigate.
I often see gym know it alls giving real bad advice but I also see folks give good advice.

Yes, in this case, she may be right my friend. Behind the neck increases risk for injury, although it's not a sure thing, it's like smoking, it raises your chances for cancer, but it doesn't mean you WILL get it. Do as you wish my friend!
