Best exercises for fixing poor posture

I found a post about how to fix poor posture and now am interested to see what guys here have to say. What are best exercises to fix the belly sticking out, rounding shoulders. On that post, guy recommends deads, db rows, plank and reverse flies sitting on the bench. Any other good exercises? I have a poor posture too, at least had it. A bit better now it is..

The Egoscue method for correcting muscular imbalances and performing regular core exercises is the best way I know how.

You are welcome. You have to buy one of Pete Egoscue's books to really understand the system. I learned about this system about 8 years ago from a Navy SEAL, and have over time recommended it to about 20 people suffering from poor posture and chronic pains. All of them without exceptions thanked me and said that the exercises made a world of difference.

I'm not affiliated with the author in any way, this is just amazing stuff.
