Designing training routines by Cowpimp
I have been wokring out now for 5 months. I lift 5 days a week. Here is schedule:
Sunday: I work a little bit of everything
Monday: Rest
Tuesday: Chest and Tricep
Wednesday: Bicep and Legs
Thursday: Back and Shoulders and I bench press
Friday: Rest
Saturday: I ussually do like one workout for each area. Just get a good pump b4 going out.
My question is this....
Should I change this routine to obtain better muscle growth? Should I go to like an every other day schedule to let the muscles heal a little more or is what I am currently doing a fairly good routine?
