I tried HST for 2 weeks and I felt as if I really trained at the intensity I should be in order to drop some fat. (It was the 2x15 block).; but on HST i'll have to reduce the nr. of reps and increase the rest periods,so I dunno if it will still be that intense!

So should I change anything to the workout?Reps, sets, exercises etc. ; I could also train bis and tris 3x/week but that would be overkill right?Hitting the main groups hard is essential...

Barbell bench press& incline db press
    Lat pulldown&bent over rows
    Db lateral raises&military press
    Barbell curls

I would scrap that workout and do workout A on one day then workout B the next training day just as Cowpimp outlined in his post.

Your workout is all isolation movements and are not nearly as effective IMO.

The routines Cowpimp posted are great, but I feel that I won't be able to push myself hard enough with those exercises

    3x/week; 2x10 on all
Leg ext & leg curls & abs
Barbell bench press & peck deck
Lat pulldown & barbell bent over rows
    Lateral raises & military press
    Barbell Curls
    Triceps pushdown

A regime like that seems fine to me ; if I could tailor a routine that only has those ex. it would be cool!

Push yourself hard enough? Are you joking?
I'm done...do your routine and become one of the gym idiots that has arms bigger than their legs.
    Good luck.

Big deal. I can do a full stack but I don't do them because I don't want to screw up my knees.

Quit being a pussy and learn to do squat properly. They alone will do much more for you than leg extensions ever will.

    Rahaas is dead-on, here.

Isolation movements are difficult by their mechanical disadvantage. They are only using one joint, and as such not much muscle, so the weight is difficult to move.

Squats and Deadlifts use huge amounts of muscle and multiple joints. These exercises are difficult because they require a large amount or muscle contraction, concentration, and coordination.

The amount of sheer force on the knee joint during leg extensions is horrible. Learn to Squat.

You came here asking for advice, well there it is.

    After having watched a few videos on how to squat/dead I think I know how do it right;

I try to squat(no weights used) but my knees snap, crack ; I try to dead(still no weights) and my lower back hurts

Do you think that if I continued training they will eventually stop hurting? I get it,no pain no gain,is this the way to go?

    and no,I can't squat 224 lbs!

    and I have metatarsalgia...

    Try this:
Trouble Shooting Your Squat — Patrick Ward, MS CSCS LMT

No, pain is not good. See a doctor if it's that bad.
Ignoring it and doing upper body only will only make it worse.

My back hurts sometimes too doing deads. That because my form needs work so I stay light on them until I get it worked out.

You need to either video tape your work and post it for critique or get a good trainer. And why are you talking about a workout routine to cut fat?

You are probably on your toes when doing the squat. From the sounds you focus more on lifting the as-heavy-as-possible weight rather than form, and when you try that with the sqaut you almost always end up on your toes. This is bad for your knees.
Same for deadlifts. If you're focusing on pulling the weight up rather than form, more often than not your back will be rounded thus leading to lower back pain.
Cheat on your girlfriend, not on your meal.
