    wrist straps??

so I suppose I could just do a search, but I just bring it up here. What are your thoughts with wrist straps? I have read and subscribe to the idea that if you can't lift the weight without straps, then you can't lift? your thoughts? I personally don't use them and think that they might actually be harmful to the wrists....
