So I've been doing alot of research on these types of lifts such as the farmers walks, tire lifts and the like. I was just wondering if performing just these workouts alone would be good enough to build strength and mass.

I weigh about 140 lbs and I'm 5'5"ish. Do you think that I am too small to be performing these types of heavy lifts?

i wouldnt say your too small... just adjust the weight to suit you, ovbiously you wont be doing 2000 pound farmer walks right off the hop... In my opinion though your best bet for building strength & mass is eat Tons and do heavy compound lifts,( squats, deadlifts, benchpress) just keep it simple in the gym and go crazy in the kitchen... sorry i dont have any elaborate scientific answers
