65kg to 90kgs in four months, it could be done but the majority will be fat. In four months you could gain maybe 8lbs of muscle tops!

You need to rethink your goals.

Well. Depends how long he been working out. After a year of working out single body part etc, upper body only, i started doing compounds and movements eg push/pull etc & I gained 3 stone(42lb) in 5 months. Granted there's glycogen, water & some fat, I only went up 1.5% in BF, roughly 3lbs of fat, leaving 39lb of muscle, water & glycogen increase. Atleast two thirds is muscle. My friends have even been saying that I've exploded in the past 5 months. So it might be possible. Also maybe I've grown in height because I'm still a teen & stuff (btw I've seen obscenely increased results when I used zma although people said it would be useless for teens).

How long you been lifting for?

Thats almost 2lbs of muscle a week? You must have some awsome genetics or been like a stick before hand. ZMA would help if you wern't getting enough zinc in your diet.

Well i dno about genetics but my bro is really muscly although he hasnt done any exercise for 5 years, and I used to wayy undereat and weighed 8 stone @ 5"9 3 years ago, very very stick-like, but as soon as I started eating well & going to the gym I grew so fast that I put on 5 stone in a year.

But yea i believe I've been putting on up to 2lbs of muscle a week, but could be down to my teenage growth, test etc, plus the zma helped me get a restful sleep which I never used to get.
