not the last 3 or 4 orders but i placed them all near each other. in the past 4 years this is the first time ive had an issue with him, but since it is several orders and no response to emails, im getting worried

That email you received is an automatic email sent after you place an order.
I want to make sure everyone knows, I am not bashing or discrediting uncle z. I am just trying to figure out if there are others with delays such as this.
I have sent him 5 total emails with all my order details and haven't had a response to any of them. Usually i never have to email him because they are always on time, but this time my domestic orders are way past the expected date.
I kind of wonder if he ran out of stock and now playing catch up

i received part of one of my orders from him today... it wasnt the oldest order i placed so im still concerned

Looks pretty lame (no intentional bashing) when UncleZ can't even come on the forums to clear things up..

after several years of using him without any issues, im still giving him the benifit of the doubt and hoping for some kind of response. i did however email him a link to this forum discussion a few days ago and no response.

We have some delays in usa now but all is ok all orders send this week, thats all if y have problems jus email or pm we repaly for all emails,and we never ripped of anyone

6 total emails and 0 replies... first i heard back. thanks for informing us. unfortunately im not sure why the most recent order partially sent and the two older ones are nowhere to be seen. either way, hope to get my order and i still respect unclez and stand by considering ive been using you for years

im finaly getting email responses from z. he says he never got my payment info for some of the orders but i checked and i have now sent the info 4 times. the 3 previous times all had replies from him stating dont worry, the goods will be shiped. not sure what happened to z's excellent service but now im starting to wonder if its going to be like this from now on.

When there are going to be delays they should inform people when the order is placed.

Seems there are a lot of delays from a lot of sources these days.

Ya, they tried sayin they hadn't received my payment info but after going through my emails, I found that I sent it 4 times now and two of those times they responded.... After several years of loyal buisness, I'm looking else where

my source is haveing problems with delays right now also,must be something going on.But I have had many friends who have had ordered from z and always got gear so dont worry.This is risky business guys these guys are not from the BBB

my order STILL hasn't been shipped... at least they havent' informed me of such.

^^^ they should inform you of this lfvt hvy that when they shipped it brother. pm them see wat they say. roid is right there are alot of delays lately. but my free order is going good.

I was promised to get my Gear in 10 Days... Not sure if it's been 10 days, but damn close!

First off, no one can guarentee any delivery. Powders have a hard time getting through customs and can sit there for a long time. Then if there is any kind of backlog or disruption in supply of raws, that can also delay shipment. You guys have no idea how this all works or you would not be complaining.
Would you rather them be on here arguing or trying to fill and ship orders?
