I have been taking z's domestic line of winny 50 mgs. I usually take it in the morning on a empty stomach. I guess I'm asking is it ok to take all at once or should spread out through the day like d Bol? My caps are orange and I'm 2 weeks in and see results in strength and hardness. I'm taking it with test prop 100 eod. Anyone with suggestions or am I fine with the way I'm taking it. I'm taking 50 mg of winny in morning....

I've read that some people actually open the capsule and split
In half or make 25 mg caps and do it that way.. That's to much damm work for me.. F it I'll just keep taking 1 50mg cap in the morning unless a reliable source tells me other wise..

half in the morning and half in the evening. that's what i do cus there half lives aren't that long and (9 or 10 hrs i think) and so twice a day is good to keep the amount in the body as steady as possible. then again it's only winny and it's only 50mg so it's not a big deal to take that all at once i'm sure
