As a disclaimer, I've never used AAS; but, just from hanging out on the forums, I can tell you what they are going to say.

First, they are going to tell you that an all oral cycle is just plain stupid. Test E, Test C or Test Prop should be the base of every cycle.

Second, they are going to tell you using Dbol for 10 weeks is retarded; it should be taken for 4 to 6 weeks max.

Third, they are going to tell you, that for your first cycle, it should be a test only cycle, and that you should forgo the Dbol altogether; this way, you can learn how your body is going to react to test before adding other compounds.

Lastly, they are going to tell you not to fear injectables; don't be a pussy.

I think that about covers it.

P.S. As to your original question, if you don't want to, or can't use aromasin, you can use arimidex. You can find either aromasin or arimidex from several vendors, as either pills or as research chems. You don't need to use Z.

I was planning on trying Test C at some point, maybe I should jump right into it. What other vendors are reliable? Please PM it to me. What would you recommend as an alternative if I only use Z as a vendor?

Real useful stuff thanks a lot. I am glad this forum is very friendly and helpful.. I really want to try the TestC... I am just afraid of the gyno but I guess if these meds do the job then there is nothing to worry about.

What would you recommend for starters?

500mg/2ml of TestC Weekly

25mg/ml of Aromasin Every other day? I'm not sure how often I should take it.
or
.5mg of Arimidex / day since it is cheaper than Aromasin.

PCT: 3 weeks of 100mg clomid / day & 40mg nolva / day

Like I said previously, I have no personal experience with this stuff.

I have read a lot here though, and what I have seen recommended is the following:

Most seem to recommend starting out with 12.5mg of Aromasin Every Other Day (EOD). If you start to experience sides, you can always adjust up. However, if your dose starts out too high, you will kill too much estrogen in your body, and it will actually be counter productive. Your body needs some estrogen to build muscle and to function properly. Sore joints and lethargy are symptoms of not enough estrogen.

Most also seem to recommend for a first cycle, 500mg Test C or Test E a week (split up between two injections, 250mg per injection. Sun and Wed for instance.)

Nova isn't really needed. PCT should be 4 weeks. The split between weeks 1 and 4 would look like this.

Clomid: clomid 100/100/75/50 (per day)

You should also continue taking the aromasin into PCT.

Aromasin: 25/25/12.5/12.5 (per day)

You may also want to consider taking HCG on cycle, which will help keep your balls from shrinking; this will help you reduce the amount of time to restart your own normal test production during PCT.

Yes, I have my reasons. The information available on this board is amazing though, and has been helpful in many ways, beyond just AAS.

Whoops. Made a mistake on the dosing for Clomid in PCT. I fixed it in my previous post. It should be

clomid 100/100/75/50

as far as AI adex .5 mg per day will do

pct = adex .5 mg + clmoid 50 mgs per day for 3-4 weeks.

if all you're doing is dbol then .5 every other day will even do. as long as your doses aren't insane which they shouldn't be since you're new to this. but really all you NEED would be nolva. and Z has that. just dose it properly and you're good to go. but you shouldn't be doing ten wks of dbol anyway. unless your goal is to get huge, bloaty, and strong while on it and then lose most of it after. you could end up with some nice gyno though. that's all a buddy of mine ended up with from doing too much dbol for too long. lost some hair also. of course he wasn't using ANY nolva or adex or anything so that's the main reason. i'd be more scared of 10wks of dbol than 16 wks of test c. for sides or anything. just take about 300 to 500 mg of test c a wk with some dbol added for the first 3 wks, take some nolva AS NEEDED while on and then run it properly for pct and you'll be fine. it's your first time. NO NEED to get insane with the doses. my doses are always moderate, and i always like the results and i don't get sides. if it's your first time, just smelling the test c will have you training like the Hulk and fucking like a horse.
