well, you can try deca at 200mg a week, but i would say up it to 400 a week. Also unless you just enjoy sust, i would stick with a single ester test..that is just my thought though..I think your hcg looks fine..also you could add an ai into your pct but i dont think it would be necessary. you could keep some
Anastrozole on hand or


Exemestane

I would say get the exemestane and keep it on hand because you can run it in your pct if you want for an ai. Although personally Anastrozole helps me more with bloating.

i like the anastozole idea and would like input on using it on cycle, such as dosages.

I would run the hcg weeks 3-4 to the end at 250-500, also get some aromasin for an ai you can run it through your pct with the clomid to keep more gains and if running it at 12.5 mg eod that will help with the face bloating and gyno

Get aromasin not anastozole, aromasin is better and will also aid you into pct

Exemestane is a nice addition IMO. If other dosages are set in stone- nothing else-Luck- enjoy the ride

I'm not an HCG guru, but I am thinking you might want to run the hcg weeks 12-14 instead. Then you can go right into the clomid starting week 15 and will have no downtime in between. Plus, if you stop the hcg the same time you stop the test, negative feedback will still be occurring weeks after you stop injecting due to the long esters in the sust. Thats how I would do it anyways.

Here's what I would run with - using Sustanon you're starting SERM a little to soon - I'll give you a breakdown on durations for each type of test - for those running the other types of test

Testosterone Propionate

5-7 days after last injection start SERM treatment.

Testosterone Enanthate and Cypionate

14-21 days after your last injection start your SERM treatment.

Sustanon

21-30 days after your last injection start your SERM treatment.

For hcg - I would run a blasting phase leading up to SERM - always stopping hcg 4 days before starting SERM.

First - use 1,000 iu's a week during the cycle - 500 iu's 2x a week - Do this for 5 consecutive weeks, take a week off and start again. If you get 5,000 iu bottles of HCG you will simply run 1,000iu's a week until the bottle is gone, then repeat.

Blast Phase Part 2 of HCG for heavy cycles. This phase should be ran in addition to the weekly dose during the heavy cycle.

Blast your HCG during the time period you are waiting for the suppressive compounds to leave your system. This is the time period starting the day after your last injection up until 4 days before SERM treatment. The blast Phase should consist of one of the following:

#1 500iu's every day.
#2 750iu's every day.
#3 1,000iu's every other day.
#4 1,500iu's every other day.

For your cycle I would chose #1

Since HCG directly stimulate's aromatization in the leydig cells some people can develop Gyno when taking high doses of HCG. You need to get a sense of how sensitive you are to HCG when determining how you want to run your blast phase. If you are sensitive start with every day dosing.

There are 3 reasons to run a blast phase of HCG

#1 To test the testicles to see if they are still able to produce testosterone at their maximum capacity - If they can not produce testosterone at their maximum capacity you have developed secondary hypogonadism.

It would be wise to get a blood test done during this time to see if the testicles are producing enough testosterone to get your testosterone levels within physiological range - If they are not, there is no point in SERM treatment at this time and more HCG is needed.

When I say more, that may mean a higher dose for longer duration, or just a longer duration.

#2 By blasting during this time we are ensuring that our testosterone is within physiological range, thus attempting to prevent going catabolic.

#3 To stimulate the pituitary. This will provide the material the testes need to produce testosterone.

i think your doses are good. sust gives me a read face sometimes but i drink a ton of water and take nolva only as needed. you can't use nolva so i'd use arimidex as needed which is probably better. may not need HCG for that cycle but it can't hurt so why not? go minimal with the dose though i think. should be a clean healthy cycle with minimal sides that you should bounce back from no problem. especially since you're covering all angles it seems.

once i order amps, i was wondering since i read alot of forums on this, if it was easier to transfer liquid from all 40+amps to one vial. the reason is because i wouldnt want to waste liquid when withdrawing from each amp, it seems that alot is wasted or left in the withdrawing needle, and also wasted when u try to air out the syringe. so by placing all amps in a vial, it would make this as easy as when i draw from Z's 20ml jugs.
i know i wont have a problem opening amps, i just dont want to waste liquid since all pictures i have seen of amps of sus or deca are right at 1ml if that, and to waste any makes the dose less.
thoughts?

1. when i get the amps is it best to take all fluids at once into a sterile vial? i read amps are tricky to draw since u waste juice or have to deal with air bubbles.
