ok guys how many you guys dont take your vitamins ? well you should ! its one of many i take! when you using aas believe me your body needs it! and when you taken oarls do you think about your liver? what are you taken? tell us what should people be taken while on aas! oh if z had a line of vitamins would you buy it lol z vitamins lol! well i take my multivitamin, vitamins c 1000mg, one live52 tab, 1200mg of fish oil,50,000 ui vitamin d well i need from my doc tell me what you take!
I have used vitamins for years. To me- the most important are my olils- liquid minerals-B Complex-and an array of herbs. In the past I have had piles of vitamins- now I narrow it down to mostly liquids or concentrates. I have alawys wondered about a raw pharm grade source- but have never seen anything I belive in. When I take something- I want RESULTS- if I don't feel anything- or can't measure in the blood-I probaby don't need it. Plus- some of the stuff is more expensive than gear. As it is-I spend a small fortune every month on gear and other supplements. Now-I am pondering Zs HGH year round. And- from the looks of things-Z is going to have even more goodies so I might jsut as well give him my credit card-LOL
Good post Chino, I think its pretty amazing that people dont give their bodies enough nutrition to achieve the results they want. You multi vitamin is great, both on and off cycle it is your CORNERSTONE. Then your diet, eat for your goals, you want to be big, eat big. That doesnt just mean eat protien, watch your caloric intake as well. If you want to be lean, cut down on fats and manmade carbs and eat lean meats and whole grains. Then comes your workout, you can eat good but if you never breakdown muscle it will never grow. Coming in at #4 is supplementation for me. This is for replenishment and growth. Remember we only spend 10-12 hours a week in the gym (unless your a pro-bodybuilder) and all of our growth is done outside of the confines of our gym. So always remember that what you do outside the gym is what achieves your desired results. You can sling weight around like crazy for 2 hours then go home and crack open a beer and eat cheetos and get pissed about not getting results.
