Here's a quick review on the results I'm seeing from Z's Clenbuterol.
I'm on week four with my first run using Clenbuterol - and I will tell you this has been one of my favorite additions to the cycle ... "hands down"!
You can see the transformation within the first week - at least I have anyway - and I keep on getting a little more cut by the day.
It's funny - the combo of Z's gear - with the addition of Clenbuterol has me "looking" like I'm bulking and getting cut at the same time - it's said that it can't be done - but the appearance sure does look like it.
Within the last several weeks more people in my everyday life are starting to ask me - what the hell are you doing - bla bla bla - the steroid questions we all hear - but the last few weeks have been much more ... "pronounced and attention getting!"
I should say I'm running Z's test enanthate and tren enanthate - so we do know this is causing the bulk to the cycle.
But I digress, back to the clenbuterol - I don't feel the sides are bad at all - if you've ever run an ECA stack then there's really nothing new as far as sides - except the results are much more powerful ... "at least thats my experience."
I actually find the ECA stack harder as far as sides - the only side I've seen from clen is the hands do get a little shaky - and mine are normally very steady - but it's no big deal at all.
So there you have it - I highly recommend this product - "for sure!"

I'm running 180 mcg a day - some times a little more and that's because my workdays carry into the next day - but that's not the norm.
As far as sides - there's nothing at all except the hands do get the shakes a little.
The energy is similar to an ECA stack but I don't feel like you crash with clen in the same way you do with an ECA stack.
I feel the caffein is harder from ECA than the clen itself.
At least thats how I feel - some people feel the sides are to hard on clen - but i think that just goes with the individual - you should always start out clen at 10-20 mcg a day and work your way up.

what doses of the test and tren are you running? Cant quite see the purpose of the clen on a bulk
I'm running test enanthate at 500 and tren enanthate at 800 - I would have not normally ran test to tren at this ratio except after doing some research - found this ratio to be what some of the vets and pros tend to run but don't really talk about.
So far this ratio has been perfect and MUCH smoother on the system in comparison to my last ratio of test 750 tren 400.
This cycle wan't created for a bulk - I'm just noticing I'm keeping my bulk while cutting at the same time.
So far this has become my favorite cycle - and the best I've felt in a very long time.
how many tabs is 180mcg a day? stupid question since i'm running a little clen as well. i'm pretty chill about it though. i take like 2 or 3 pills a day for a few days and then take a couple days off. shaky hands a bit. no problem sleeping but i noticed it isn't very good sleep. meaning i wake up a lot and am still a bit tired the next day.
Yes I split the 80 tabs in half and split the dose up throughout the day.
@ strategos - two of the 80 tabs equal 160 and then another half tab would bring you to 200 mcg.
You could split a tab into quarters to equal 180.
I never follow this dose to the T it's not that big of a deal with clen to be exact unless you have specific conditions - but if that was the case you shouldn't be taking clen anyway.

To swampy. Bulking doesn't mean you need to be fat you can run Clem and still gain size that is just dependant on calorie intake.
It's really a matter of seeing what works best for you.
But I would recommend starting with one tab in the morning and then spread them out throughout the day.
You might find one tab gives you a little energy - and take the next one four hours latter.
Here's an easy way to look at it - let's say you know a cup of coffee will help you burn fat.
And someone who has never had coffee asks you what's the best way to spread out 4 cups of coffee throughout the day?
You would most likely say - have a cup for breakfast - then one more around lunch - the third one mid day - but don't have the fourth cup of coffee to late at nigh because you might not be able to get to sleep.
And it's really that simple - after a few days you might decide 2 cups of coffee four times a day is ok to - you'll really know how you feel almost as fast as a cup of coffee - if you drink it slow.
This is pretty much how my body responds to it ... "it's pretty simple!"

Reasons to use clen while bulking
- increases metabolism, causeinh an increase in appetite which is paramount when trying to gain lean muscle.
- decreases water retention this makes a harder look while still intakeing high calories
- clenbuterol increases protein synthesis ie. It is mildly anabolic.
Generally if using clen during a bulk cycle it's best utilized 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off.
yeah i'm technically larger than i've ever been by a few pounds (220) but i've had more than a few "damn, looking lean" comments so far this spring. i think the combination of a more intense workout with compounds like tren and masteron and winny (with a test base) and now with a bit of clen has helped create a larger but much harder look than i've ever had.
ps seems like a lot of compounds but the doses are low with each and i've virtually had no sides. very minor acne and sltight ball shrinkage.
OH YEAH. I NOTICED A DECREASE IN LIBIDO WHEN I ADDED CLEN!! NOTHING MAJOR BUT I NOTICED. thought i'd through that out there

I'd say my cardio has increased because of the added energy - and would not say my endurance has went down either.
My appetite has grown because I feel like I'm burning more calories and I would say I'm starting to see my body addapt - after this weekend I'll take two weeks off.
Everything else you mention about Clen on this thread is spot on.
I would add that the first two weeks you feel like superman - at least that's the intensity of the energy that I noticed.
I hope Z is stocked up - I'll be running this off and on for a while - and as far as bulking goes - clen would also be a benefit as you will better utilize your calories through the process - you still want the least amount if added fat during the bulking cycles.
On a last note - I would say adding clen has made the cycle a little more "fun."

I am jealous bro, I have had a heart arythmia ONCE and got put on a beta blocker. Pretty sure if I took clen (beta antagonist) I would DIE! But my wife agrees to be my guinea pig so she took a clen/t3/anavar cutting stack and had some dramatic results for a female. She lost 3% bf and gained 12lbs. She is down to 11% right now. I didnt realize women look alot different at 10-12% then we do. She has fun with it so I let her do what she wants.
