no offense, but i cant stand it when people listen to their i pods in the weight room. it's really fucking dangerous. lets same some one is squatting and they dont have collars on and they dump it. and you're sitting there trying to look all mean and cool because you've watched to much MD tv or some shit, working out on the bench next to the squat rack and you dont hear everyone yelling to get out of the way. well how cool will you look with crushed skull? this is only one of the many things that could happen to you in the gym. the only motivation you need is in your mind.
