If anyone has a better idea............chime in I hate cutting cycles. I diet off of bulk. Really man there are alot of ways to accomplish your goals. Again I dont cut. I ran this cycle ONE TIME. It worked well for me, coupled with diet and High intensity interval training. Mix up the HIIT as well, do station drills. Sprints, biking, eliptical and so on. Rest till your heart rate is down to normal. Then take off again. Alot of people dont get to a completely normal heart rate before they continue, this is counter productive. Think of your heart like a car engine, its a lot harder on the engine going from 0-60 than it is going from 40-60mph. Do it right and it will yeild good results for you dude.
