Hey Chino - your making me hungry!!!

My favorite is a MONSTER size Rib Eye - Tender Loin - or Filet Mignon steak - med rare smothered with mushrooms.

My favorite quick meal - which I have on average of 4-6 times everyday.

From Sams Club - 5 lb EAS Chocolat Whey Protein - 40 pk Oatmeal Maple - 1000 pk Splenda.

Two packs of Maple Oatmeal = 8 grams protein
Two scoops EAS Chocolat Whey Protein = 46 grams protein
    4 packs Splenda
    17 oz water

    Total 54 grams protein

My meals are boring but effective i like talapia, its cheap i think 8 pieces for $12 at costco, lightly coated in extra viggin olive oil and coverrd in lemon and herbs. Place in a glass baking dish with asparagus and peppers chopped. Bake in oven at around 400 for 20 minutes. Its like 50g protein low fat and almost zero carbs awesome for cutting im eating it 4-5 times a week right now

Turkey meatloaf balls. Its like a meatloaf cupcake. Idk what the fuck is in it. I will get the recipe from my wife if anyone is interested. She just bakes them in a cupcake pan then we eat some and freeze the rest. Great small meal.

Big meal has to be BBQ'd chicken. My wifey poo also makes sugar free BBQ sauce and its the shit to have something flavoring my chicken.
    Steak also does well.
Favorite cheat meal is something PASTA OR PB&J!!!!!!!

    That's sounds good D - I haven't tried talapia yet - I'll pick some up this weekend.

@ Chino - nice video - I like your methods ... "a cup of this, a cup of that."

One and a half to two pound rib eye, seasoned with salt and pepper cooked to a beautiful medium rare on the grill, sliced sweet potatoes in foil with butter and sea salt on the top rack of the grill and asparagus in foil drizzled with olive oil and fresh minced garlic on the grill as well.

Fuck, even though I just finished dinner with the soon to be in-laws, I am hungry again.

LOL thats awesome. I hate that feeling. I look down at chicken sometimes and think that way. I dont really like fish too much. I am a red meat guy but I got a nuwave oven and that cooks my chicken perfectly so its not dry when I eat it. Dry chicken is the worst!
