Sleep I believe one of the most important factor of maken great gains!! But lately I get too much the last two weeks I get 11 plus hours with a 2 hour nap, in the afternoon am drain can't even hold my eyes open so I take a 2 hour nap. Why is this got blood draw out let's see. My question to the zfreaks how long u sleep?

i believe that you should have as much sleep as possible but if your sleeping for 11 hours straite on a night i would set an alarm to get up for a protein shake half way through the night what does any1 else think?

7-8 hours on average. And now it's summer time, the heat will not let me sleep as much as I want.

5-6 hours max- keep in mind I am older than most-I figure I can sleep when I am dead

Chino -11 hours ??? PLUS a 2 hour nap ? That is one hell of a bunch of sleep.Probably won't hurt but would drive me nuts. I am thinking you need more sex

Usually only get 5-6 hours plus maybe a 1 hour nap if I can. With an 8 week old puppy in the house now, I sleep 2 hours, am up for 2 hours, sleep 2, awake for 2.

My girl says it's good practice for when the baby comes. I don't believe her. LOL

Lol man I got two little girls my five year puts these plastic high heels which drives me up the wall. I even hide them but she still finds them lol

She is " on the money" - you best believe what she is saying. I wake up for the puppies- but I can sleep right through a baby.The babies wake up because they are hungry- we are not equipped- so just sleep and take care of the pup.Just snore extra loud and she will think you are really tired- worked for me and I had 4 children.(LOL)

Thank you Brother, will do. I'll have my phone with me so I may be in contact a bit. We talked last night, Sunday my girl, her mom and sisters are gonna do a spa thing so I may take her dad and hit one of the Vegas Gold's gym just to check it out. Or just chill by the pool, haven't decided. Which Gold's is best if anyone knows.

On average 4 hours with a nap later in the day/night.

Once or twice a week I get 6 hours and sleep/nap for a couple more hours throughout the day.

7-8 hours a night. Got two babies so on my off days I will usually hit a nap with them. I work 12 hour nights so I sleep when I can. I buy into the "Ill sleep when I am dead" as well. Too much to enjoy. I cant sleep only 4 hours though. I would wake up smashing people!
