depends on your cycle history bro. What you know you can handle/what effects your etc. 500mg/wk of test at the lowest, skys the limit depending on your experience. EQ I *think* isn't really effective enough at lower than 600 or 500mg as well (somewhere around there, someone will chime in that remembers better than i).

Enjoy!!! Also about your dosing, as Flexthese said it depends on your cycle history. I personally like to run 600mgs of EQ as I find thats my sweet spot and Test at 750mgs. But you may not need to run it that high if it's your first go. Let us know your stats and cycle history before we can give advice on dosing!!!

I am not new to this and its not my first run but I took break for like 8 years had some injuries and surgeries. first time again in 8 years so pretty happy to be back in to it! I am 35 now. I am @ 750 test e. and 500eq. Should I bump the eq. up a little? Thoughts?

I would take the EQ to 600mg and if you want full benefit of the EQ plan to run it at least 14-16 weeks!

well i spoted 2mg and 1mg zanex,viagra,somas,and what looks like eather 80mg oxicotton or 80mg morphin.i used 2 b hooked on those zanex's and i meen i took 20 or 25 a day.i know i had it bad.
