Ok guys let's see what can you push! My best workout is chest and arms. I push 295, on the bench now hope to hit a goal of 320. and curl 110 pounds. Am 5'5'' 190 trying to hit 200+, am 12% bf. I love pull ups I do 15 reps 10 sets. After that 5 reps lol Just post ur work outs and goals.
60lb dumbells all day on flat bench ...ooooh yea come see m lol but on a serious note I can honestly say I havnt maxed out in a good year or two...I guess I was just presented with this weeks goal to find out my personal limits..ill get back to ya tomorow

Big numbers take time. If you want a nice strength increase go 5x5 with some heavy ass weight. If you want mass.........go heavy too! I like heavylifting. I rep out on supplemental workouts but I murder my core exercises.
