Ok guys let's see what can you push! My best workout is chest and arms. I push 295, on the bench now hope to hit a goal of 320. and curl 110 pounds. Am 5'5'' 190 trying to hit 200+, am 12% bf. I love pull ups I do 15 reps 10 sets. After that 5 reps lol Just post ur work outs and goals.

After I got to 20 pullups, I'm on to weighted pullups @ 50 lbs for 8 reps.

I did db shoulder press the other day with 90s and last night flat db press with 110s for 6. I curl with strict form 125-135.


Flat bench 365 x 2 (almost 3) reps. Aiming to join 400lb club by late Fall.
Shoulder Press with 75lb dumbbells (the heaviest DBs PF has in their gym!) x 23 reps.
Seated row machine tops out at 250lbs x 8 reps.
Seated Military Press 255lbs x 4 reps.
Standard push-ups until failure (usually @ 110-125 reps)


Is that a few hours after I have pinned 100 mgs of suspension ?![]()

I chilled at 315 for reps on the key lifts any more then that seemed excessive

150 dumbells flat bench 3 reps
110 dumbbells shoulder presses 4 reps

405 dead lift
1515 leg press for 8 reps
325 incline
its a world of fuck or get fucked think i will start fucking

60lb dumbells all day on flat bench ...ooooh yea come see m lol but on a serious note I can honestly say I havnt maxed out in a good year or two...I guess I was just presented with this weeks goal to find out my personal limits..ill get back to ya tomorow

Big numbers take time. If you want a nice strength increase go 5x5 with some heavy ass weight. If you want mass.........go heavy too! I like heavylifting. I rep out on supplemental workouts but I murder my core exercises.
