you;re chest shoulda grown more, maybe its individual genetics. the only bench i do with the bar is the flat bench (regular) bench press and its with a wide grip, and should be 10-18 reps. that excercise alone gets me swolled, then i do incline, decline with dumbells. then flys and a few variations to finish. WIDE GRIP TO BUILD UP CHEST FASTER!!

& yeah acne is a bitch. my back was completely clear until pct came though. than my back just EXPLODED with zits. + my camera was being generous. it looks alot worse in person -.-
but neways thanks guys for all the comments. wait until i start my next cycle in a few weeks. i plan on adding some d-bol & tren. & i know my 2nd cycle will never be as good as my first. but it sure will be close (: & hopefully i see a bigger change in my chest next time around.
