Hey guys I got my best friend to come on IM and start posting. He is my workout partner and believe it or not he is the one who got me to order from Z. He got some prop and said it was the smoothest he has ever pinned so I had to see what the fuss was about.
Seriously though, this manlet knows his stuff about workouts and diets. I am usually the one putting our cycles together while he coordinates our workouts and makes me feel bad for having a brownie.
