    Tips on blood pressure

Hey guys this is my first run with tren, I took my blood pressure yesterday and it was 150/64 it's normally a little high but never over 135. I know it's gonna be high especially on tren but how high is too high?

I've been trying to cut out as much sodium as i can and doing cardio 3 X a week. What do you do when your blood pressure is on the rise?

keep watching the sodium, drink plenty of water and don't worry about 150/64, as long as it comes down post cycle. You shouldn't base bp on one reading either, take it often and see what the trend is.

Tren will up your blood pressure on cycle. You can use R/X meds to bring it down. Some people swear by over the counter options, along with all the dietary options. The main thing is that it comes back down again post cycle.

Agreed, I try to take what precautions I can in a dietary aspect on cycle, but normally it elevated while on, but I don't worry about it unless it gets excessively high. Now come post cycle if it still hasn't gone down then I get it checked out.

Yes, I'm normally a textbook 120/80 but at end of Tren cycle last month my BP was 161/60 - Hot Damn Doctor! He knew why and said no BP meds necessary as long as it recovers post cycle - that is, if there is a post cycle. May alternate blast/cruise fulltime but overall I feel better (healthier) since I've been off the Tren. Go figure.

Interesting that the diastolic actually improves and systolic goes up while on cycle. In terms of heart health, the diastolic is a more important number to watch as it takes up 2/3 of the cardiac cycle time and represents the pressure that is always present in the arteries.

This is interesting. Are there any cons to regular use of cialis like this?

Cialis doesn't actually "thin" the blood, it just allows blood to flow to the penis easier. Blood thinners like aspirin, plavix and coumadin lower platelet aggregation, which by definition is "thinning the blood."

Cialis unlike Viagra is meant to use regularly not just when you need it

This is true, that's why we make such a big deal about not taking nitrates if you take ED drugs. Your bp can get too low and kill you.

I know fish oil also thins the blood and believe it is good for the blood pressure.

When I take very high doses of fish oil I feel great - and didn't know it was a blood thiner until I was about to go under for surgery.

When I told the anesthesiologist how much I was taking they had to do a blood clog test to make sure I wouldn't have access bleeding - this was just before they were going to wheel me into the operating room - lucky I was fine.

Good info guys and a great help. One problem. If I go near my grilfriend, with a hard-on, any more than I do now (on cycle and horny) she's liable to chop it off!

Try some herbals like these Hawthorn berry, Forskolin, Dandelion, Garlic and Reishi.
Hawthorn berry is really good. You can get it just about anywhere.

Here is some more good info.

Suggested Lifestyle Changes for High Blood Pressure Treatment
    • Limit your caffeine intake. The caffeine in coffee, tea and sodas can contribute to high blood pressure.
    • Limit alcohol intake. Blood pressure increases as your body metabolizes alcohol.
    • Avoid processed foods. These are the biggest sources of sodium in today's diet.
    • Maintain optimal weight. Even small amounts of weight loss can improve blood pressure.
    • Relax. Meditation, yoga, breathing exercises and biofeedback are all relaxation techniques that can help lower blood pressure.
    • Don't smoke. Smoking contributes to all cardiovascular diseases - and many other life-threatening conditions as well.
    • Exercise. As little as 30 minutes of moderate exercise a day, like walking, can be one of the most effective natural remedies for high blood pressure.
    • Check your meds. Discuss your current medications and their risks of increasing blood pressure with your doctor.
In addition, make sure you do the following to lower high blood pressure:
    • Eat 8 to 10 servings of fruit and vegetables per day.
    • Limit animal protein to 6 oz per day, emphasizing lean sources.
    • Say no to salt. Those with salt sensitivity or a family history or hypertension may benefit from reducing salt to about one teaspoon a day (2,400 mg).
    • Use garlic, which has a modest effect on lowering blood pressure and may help relax blood vessels.
    • Consume 4 to 5 servings of nuts, seeds and dry beans per week (2 Tbsp nuts or seeds, or 1/2 cup cooked dried beans).
    • Eat plenty of fish. Include at least three servings of fish a week, emphasizing cold-water fish like wild Alaskan salmon and sardines, which are rich in omega-3 fatty acids. Take fish-oil supplements if you cannot get enough omega-3-rich foods.
    • Take calcium and magnesium. Inadequate intake of both of these minerals has been associated with high blood pressure. Women should get between 1,000 and 1,200 mg of calcium a day from all sources, while men may want to get no more than 500-600 mg daily from all sources.
    • Take vitamin C. A supplement of this antioxidant vitamin has been shown to lower blood pressure in people with mild to moderate hypertension.

basic first steps would be a blood thinner like baby aspirin and making sure your fluid intake is adequate.

I had used some hawthorn berry on a cycle before, it took quite a while to see a drop in BP. Maybe I wasn't talking enough??

I would see where one baby aspirin a day does for you. I believe that's 81mg's and up your water intake and see where it gets you.

my first run in with high bp was using anadrol. I was in the gym and I started to feel very light headed and hot. simply making sure I had adequate fluids did the trick.

I'll start with one then, my fluids have been good though 1.5-2 gallons of water a day. Thanks Bigbenj

Last night I woke up with a bloody nose, I'm assuming its from the tren raising my BP. I was taking 75mg eod and bumped it up to 100mg on monday. Should I be worried about the bloody nose or is this normal with tren? Should I drop my dose back down to 75mg eod? I really don't want to drop the tren completely since I'm loving it but I will if I must
