    Loking for insight from current Uncle Z faithful

    Hello guys>
    I can use a little guidance here. I am 45 yrs old living stateside. I am looking to start a cycle with uncle Z products. It's first time order. I am currently 190lbs and I currently am on sus 250 and yellow caps HGH, which is total bunk. My fat percentage has risen from 12 to 18. I've gained almost 30lbs since march but have maintained my 32 waist size. I workout hard and do cardio almost every day after my weight routine . I'm looking to cut down to 170 to 180lbs with most of that loss coming from fat percentage. I'd love to get to 170 with a fat percentage of 12. ( just being realistic). My diet is pretty good but I break in the middle of the night from the sweet cravings, giving in to cereal. Can I please get some recommendations from you guys who have been using Z's products. I'd greatly appreciate your insight. Thanks for your time.

    all z products r top notch...! if u want to cut down go with something like winstrol, anavar, etc....! best service and quality products....u will be satisfied...

    Some novice people rely on the gear and not the diet. Being a nutritionist, I find this with a lot of my clients--where they work hard on the gear--and less on the diet. Giving into cravings will set you back. Your BF will increse if you let the temptations of cheat meals come into play. Try using fast burning carbs and use them as needed...Normally it's not the gears fault...

    Or instead run out your cycle you are on now and run your pct give your body a break... then look into a simple ECA stack it always does the job, or up it and cycle ECA and Clen.. with good diet and workout routine it works wonders on a good frame...

    clen, masteron, winny. with a test base. eat smaller portions every few hours. never eat till you are full. just till you're not hungry. only ever take 30 to 40 seconds between sets and maybe double that between exercises. you should get a full workout done in under an hour and be dripping with sweat and weak with muscle fatigue. this works for me.

    hey thanks for the quick reply. Did you ever try the generic hgh blue caps from Z. I was thinking about them with anavar and test E. I never ordered from Uncle Z's sight so I'm somewhat anxious.

    Thanks again for the reply. I was thinking about whet you mentioned on running out the cycle and giving my body a break. I have to ask you what you mean by ECA? I have another question too, can you run a pct along with HGH or should I wait to complete the pct?

    Also, have you ever tried the blue caps of hgh from Uncle Z's?

    You can run the GH through cycle and PCT as well. Alot of people run GH year round.

    ECA is ephedra/ caffeine/ aspirin. fat burner basically. one of the few that actually work.

    Ephedrine HCL, Exedrine, Diet Pepsi all doing this on a empty stomach , doing cardio at 5 AM...Sheds a lot out of the fascia and works on the lower ab range, that is normally last to go when cutting for most of my clients!!

    As with any lifting routine, diet is 80-90% of the battle. You really need to get your diet in check then worry about your gear and supps. Diet is King!

    Diet is really the biggest thing. Z gear is going to make you grow. You could eat shitty on his stuff and grow, but the key is muslce retention so the diet is most important for that and continued growth.

    The gear usually isn't at fault - unless your estro gets too high!

    When this happens, your body will store unwanted fat...

    I hear ya about the diet - mine is good some days and bad on other days - even when it's good I can easily go overboard - ie. made 7 HUGE chicken breasts with a bag of no yoke noodles thinking I would make it last a couple days ... "not a chance" - ate it all in one day on top of everything else...

    ... my 32 inch waist is a little too tight from where it should be.

    Having said that - EPA stacks work - T3 and Clenbuterol sheds the shit out of me very fast and am about to cycle another round of this on Friday.

    Is you run T3 - I would stay around the 75mg (100mg at most) as you can go into a catabolic state if you run T3 too high.

    Z carries T3 and Clenbuterol - both are wicked good!

    Repo, is t3 useless by itself? I have had heart arrhythmia in the past so I am on a beta blocker and clen is a beta antagonist so I know I can't run both but I would like to try T3!

    I know T3 will work alone.. but its said that it "eats" muscle to a certin point maby thats "broscience" lol but thinking 25-50mcg per day is pretty much a normal dosage it should fly without much or any muscle loss. Good point tho someone experienced with T3 plz chime in, i would like to use it on a cut someday...

    Thanks to the imput!! I was looking at the instructions for cycling T3. It says to start at 25 on first day and raise it by 25 every fourth day until you can handle 100. When on this cycle, do you take it every day?? Does it cause insomnia?? I plan to do it with growth and anavar and maybe sus 250, what do you think??

    T-3 has a tendancy--if used to far out from show date--to wash out a lot of my clients. You have to know when and how to use it! Most people think it's aez to use in conjunction with training and diet, but if you are grainy with onion thin skin and are stuggling to keep full, I normally use whole foods instead of cutters to burn BF while remaining full, grainy , also leaving room to play with water the last 5 days befor show!!! Just my opinion and everybody is differemt for sure!

    T3 is good by itself as long as you are on gear.

    I wouldn't run it off cycle as it would be too easy to go catabolic - I'm taking it right now without the clenbuterol.
