Big thanks to Z and Ordawg1
Just wanted to say a big thanks. I wont go into some of the details, but I'd had an issue which I'm very glad to say is being sorted. This message is partly for non Z-Team members, as its very easy for people to keep saying things like 'it'll be ok', 'Z will sort it out', but when you're in that situation its easy to have doubts! So if on the rare occasion people do run into an issue, dont worry as it really will get sorted. Thanks too to Ordawg1 for his quick replies on pm, and apologies again for my previous thread as I should have gone straight to pm's insead!
