Not my wife but my girl friend for 5 yrs now loves it... we met in the gym, after a couple weeks of phone talking she asked and i told her, "Yes but not like most dumb asses on it, i try to stay educated in every aspect of if." she was cool with it ... and here we are today lol poking me in the glute at 5 am before i head to work! lol i cant do them lol

Last night I told her I've taken a week off from working out (to let myself grow)

She then says - "I like watching people look at you while we are out grocery shopping - our out to dinner and everywhere."

So I said, no no hun - I won't lose anything at all - shit I actually lifted my highest EVER after the short break.

But the funny thing was - when I was nervous about first telling her - and when I did, she said ... "oh no your not" - and I said - "ohhhh yes I AM"...

... "it took about a day to sink in - and everything fell into place."

Well the point is - once they learn you do know what you're doing "and" Z is respectable and very trustworthy ... "everything works out."

She digs Z from my conversations about him - and all my friends here as well...

... and Z - if you read this - I showed her your PM about the walk with your girlfriend and the shoes on - shoes off WTF story ... "and she laughed her ass off!"

And I tell her - I tell you how hard it is to go freaking bra shopping with her ... "so it's all good."

So once again guys - we are all a close family here - "I mean everyone" - try not to hide this stuff from the girls - it really makes life great to be open...

... "and in the end - they will not want you to stop".

I agree I came clean about a month ago and explaned it to her, and she seems to be ok with it. We have been married 13yrs, and i dont like to hide stuff. It has made life a lot easier! Great post bro!!

Oh 13 years that's great - this Monday the 29th will be 13 years for us too.

I still remember telling her (which was tough) but the next day she was looking up "how-to-inject" so I would do everything right.

She even offered to pick up my first package at the post office - I wouldn't let her - but she fully supports it now.

Some of you guys know I run my gear pretty hard and love experimenting - but you should also know - everything - is well calculated out and researched very hard before I jump into something radically new.

As a result have become my best ever at age 44 - even when I was lifting many years hard and smart at age 30 do not look as good as I do now ... "not at all."

For the young guys - think smart and plan for the long run.

My good friend OD at 60 is the shit - and everyone here can do the same.

Uncle Z has everything you need - I owe my success to Z's gear...

... exclusively Z for me - has been my not so secret ... "secret."

Great post- and you can believe that the ZTeam and site it is loaded with knowledge. As far as we are concerned- if you are not using Zgear and taking advantage of product support- you are losing out. Now- with this contset and logs, there are new guys that are also LOADED with info- diet- techniques and great information. Read- participate- ask questions and be smart-Thanks-Ordawg1

Im to worried about telling anyoe i take steroids because alot of people look down on it and not to mention its ILLEGAL. but to be honest i think everyone knows anyways because 2 people have made jokes about me being on steroids at work and in my networking class today i saw a guy i havent seen in a few years and the first thing he said was i was on roids lol. I dot know why they think that anyways im not even a big guy im only 220 lbs and %16 bf. after my last cycle i was 235 lol. I close to just saying fuck it and blast and cruise because im tired of losing half my gains and there being a few weeks when im recovering where my libido is shit. and yes i did proper PCT.

I have people ask me stiff every day - some say, man I work out but I''m not getting big like you - WTF?

I usually tell them that I'm just now eating right with lots of protein and creatine - the stuff that was missing before.

I usually take in about 400 grams of protein, give or take 100 - but when I tell them that - most are thinking a 12 gram protein bar is making it a good day for them.

Only tell the wife - girlfriend - or friends who are on AAS.
