    Smile Funny Story about Z's Var

    So I hopped on some weeks ago , not long.
    Doing a priming before full 10 week run that starts next week with my client/project.

    Started the var 1 week ago to feel it out. And quickly my strength has jumped. Also my joints/connective tissue is healing faster confirming the authenticity of his var.

    So yesterday I ride the bike to the gym , a car cuts me off, I break hard, flip over the handle bars going fast, I am at least 8 feet in the air, hit a tree, then fall onto the ground.

    3 cars pull over and were sure I was gonner I got up after my omgoshwtflolbbq moment, and people were like
    then were like

    LOL true story.............. not 1 bit of exaggeration( honest)

    how is it the var? I know my body by now and I simply had the strength , joint integrity that was 'extra'
