Im down to hear some good recipes. Always looking for ways to not dread eating lol. I usually just throw them in a shake with peanut butter.
i put a cup of oats in a bowl and nuke a 1.5 cups water and pour it in tsp brown sugar let it sit and devour it, plain and simple![]()


I put a bowl of oats with water in the microwave for 2 min and then add a scoop of strawberry blend protein and a little spoon of cinnamon![]()

Sometimes I make oatmeal pancakes with egg whites, oats (I food process half the oats) Splenda brown sugar, Cinnamon, Vanilla extract, small amount of olive oil.
If I need fats I use a couple whole eggs or add walnuts. I have also added a scoop of vanilla protein powder or cottage cheese, just depends on how I want to make them that day.

I put my oats in a bowl of water, and let it sit in the fridge for an hour or so. Take it out, drain the water and put two scoops of banana protein powder - pretty damn good and is like eating a cold cereal.

Two packs of maple oatmeal = 8 grams of protein
Two scoops os EAS chocolate whey protein = 46 grams of protein
Four packs os Splenda sweetener.
Total protein 54 grams.
I usually have between 2 - 6 servings depending on my meals.
I have no idea how much I'm getting from beer - this week I'm
on vacation so I imagine it will be a LOT!![]()
For breakfast
1-2 cup(s) oats with 1 or 2% milk uncooked. just eat it like cereal.
And for a meal on the go
1 cup oats ground in a coffee grinder with 50g whey isolate.
i've been eating oatmeal for 3 months straight for breakfast. I can't get tired of it.
boiled water
6 spoonfuls of oats
2 spoonfuls of coffee cream
1/2 spoonful of stevia




1. two scoops chocolate protein
half banana
4 strawberry's
tsp olive oil
cup raw oats
1/2 cup milk
28 0z water
blend and b-fast is served. If i dont feel like the berrys i will do peanut butter instead.

1 cup and 1/2 oats raw

honey
any kind of nuts i have on hand

nuke and served..
