Thread: very disapointed...

If your money was sent before the vacation, your order will still be processed during the shut down.

If the money has been picked up its only a matter of time before its shipped...

So what is their to be dissapointed about?

don't worry they said all orders before the 5th would be taken care of. It should arrive in a few days.

regardless of when Wu is picked up you stud have it around the 2 week mark

Z and his reps are the best around so even if there is a problem im sure they wont let it be your problem .

As I said, I received an e-mail today saying that Z international was on holidays...

Abd that was the answer to my mail asking for update...that's why it is disapointing especially because they picked up the money today...

Do you guys receive an email confirmation when the order is sent ?

Usually you get and email every step of the way. But maybe just create another ticket or hit up Z himself or one of his reps. They should be able to answer your questions and take care of what ever needs be!!!! Good luck and don't worry Z will make it good and you will have your goodies in no time brotha!!!

Dude, shut the fuck up!! That Its not their fault. When they don't send an order for months, then start bitching.

listen man im not going into details but i also ordered before the shut down, not as close as u but close enough, i was kinda worried just like u, not only was i a first time buyer from Z but i had never purchased dvd's anywhere period b4. it took them a couple days to get my ,money and another couple days for an update, i was very nervous i thought maybe they took my money and ran but then i remembered i did not see one bad review and felt a little better, i then talked to a rep about it and he put me at ease a couple days after that i got an email saying it has been shipped its been a while sense it was shipped but nowhere near as long as i expected today their was a pink slip in the mail saying i had a package at the post office for pick up. even if it not the Z pack and another pack from amazon that i ordered i have no worried that my dvd's will come and i will have many fun enteraining days ahead of me stay possative my friend!

You said your money was just picked up today, if that's the case, then your order is not shipped, hence the reason why you haven't received an update...

does your order status say processing? if it says processing then stop worrying becuase it has not been sent and is still processing. processing took a lot longer then i expected so if its only been a couple days since they picked up your money u have nothing to worry about. as other guys said their are sponsors on here that have orderes that havent been shipped and the orders where placed months ago... u dont see that with z. try to relax a little man and also i suggest u edit ur first post and take out the date. Z and his buys will aprechate it...

ull be ok. took them about 5 days to pick up my payment , it said payment recieved for a nother couple days. processing for another couple days and FINALLY shipped. everyday that went by until it said shipped i was just like u i was sketched out. now that its shipped i no everything is fine just relax bro come back and make a very disapoointed thread 2 weeks from now if nothing changes but trust me it will and ul be gtg u jumped on him with the dispointed crap WAY to early!

Until this morning the monday that order was shipped. During that time I did not get nervous, open a ticket, or post my "disappointment"!

Heck sometimes I don't get any notifications from Z, but my orders always arrive quickly. And that's what counts!

It sounds as if all this was taken care of above ^^^^by OSL.If funds were just picked up- just sit back and relax- if they updated everything - they wouldn't have time to process and ship-RELAX-Thanks-OD

If the order was paid for and received before the 5th - it should be in the process ... "should."

However, keep in mind we are in the week of 9/11 and there IS delays within the postal system - no one can control that ... "no one."

As of today it's 09/13 and still early - even if it was placed on the 1st.

I don't follow tracking info or any of that stuff - but here's what I can say guys...

With over 20 international orders I've received them all in 21-23 days - 25 at most.

I usually receive a tracking number about a week before it arrives and would never look for anything..

... once you receive a notification that the funds are received.

So, there is usually about a two week time of ... silence ... and then starts the movement.

The vacation might still have some delay - I really don't know for sure, but no matter what - Z is the best and - "will not" - let you down...

... "I promise - you can rest assure."
