New Rule for UncleZ Head to Head Challenge

Well you guys, As you all know we are in about week 5 of this competition, the half way point!

We have seen some awesome logs from each and every competitor, and you all have inspired individuals with Z gear to start logs of their own!

From this point on, If you would like to post progress pics by all means go ahead and do so, BUT if you would like to keep your physique for the next 5 weeks under wraps to shock everyone with your gains, you CAN very well do so.

Keep the logs detailed, Keep the food porn coming, and the more details you can share daily the better, Remember many people are watching, some are posting, and I am 100% Certain, many new individuals are learning something new everyday from our wonderful contestants.

So keep growing, and lets see who really will be crowned the ALPHA dog!

It is very possible, Being the success level of this competition has been so high, I dont see a reason why we cant have something else!

For this contest the only requirement was that your were loyal and dedicated, as well as some particular rules you had to follow.

But for future contests, who knows what we have up our sleeve!

awesome! I def need to start tanning/shaving + finish learning how to carb cycle for the last set of pics. I'm going to look into sodium/water manipulation as well.

I go to AIC ( American International College) and Im going for my CMA ( Certified Medical Assistant ), then a PA ( Physicians Assistant ), and my life long goal maybe a Endo, but not sure yet!! When I go for PHD and MD I will be going to UMASS in Amherst, MA. Which will be after I graduate from here WOOT WOOT!!!

Then 4 more years and I'm done!! I just went to AIC for a quick Associates Deggree to be able to work and make good money while I go to the University. But I have already been accepted into UMASS so I can't wait bro!! I read some where you are in school, what are you taking up??

This is one of the best contests I've ever seen.

Not to bash on other sponsors but none of them are doing it this big. One sponsor gave away a free cycle, which is cool, and another isn't giving away shit until someone wins their contest. Z, OSL, and OD are men of the people, and quiet frankly, they hooked us the fuck up!
