Hey guys, just stepped off the scale and Ive lost 10 lbs since Ive started the blue tops. My regiment is 5 days a week, 4 ius a day split between morning and afternoon, and I split my 2 days off. So now Ive seen the scale move, but I took my measurements and my BF% is practically the same. I think its because Ive started the Insanity workout which we all know is a heavy cardio regiment. So any suggestions on how I should go about my workout? Honestly Id love to keep with this program. Today is my last day of week 2 and I only have 7 weeks left. Would it be advantageous of me to finish this program then start with a lifting routine? As it is my muscles are getting a sick work out and are getting harder, Im actually shocked my BF% hasnt gone down. Im pretty confused right now so I need you guys to drop a little science and help a bitch out.

That is an extreme cardio wo Pony. Personally-I would stay with that program and then start another.( lifting) Will see what the others have to say. You might also list more spes and your goals. Great to hear from you-OD

If you are losing weight but your bodyfat is staying the same, then you are not consuming enough protein and you are experiencing muscle wasting at it's finest. Losing BF is all about diet...what do people not understand about this.
Up your protein intake to about 60% of your total calories consumed and about 1.5g per pound of lean body mass and you'll be golden. Trust me on this one.

Hey Pony package - it really looks like your doing great.
Let me see if I'm understanding this?
You are ending the last day of 2 weeks of the Insanity workout and have 7 more weeks to go.
So far - you've lost 10 pounds - however your bf hasn't changed yet?
From this - regardless of how long you've been running blue tops (which I love) - I think you are right in line with where you should be.
This is a very intense workout as you are seeing - but not meant for bulking - so - if your goal is to get lean and hard - I think you'll do just fine on this program for 7 more weeks - and if I'm not mistaken - there is another level for you after the 7 weeks.
I know someone who has lost a lot of weight on this program (naturally) - except he's been at it for around 3-4 months - if not longer.
If I'm not mistaken - your goal and target timeline is for sometime in December for a trip to Mexico or something?
Coach - Im upping my protein as we speak. Day 2 of trying to hit that 1.5g/lb of LBM. Really sounds easier than it is. Thanks for the advice bro, lets see what happens now..
Haitian: Ive been running GH for almost 2 months, I plan on running full speed for 6 months, then running GHRP-6 to get my body back into production.
Repo - Thanks for the peace of mind bro. Yes I am looking to slim down before my vacation in december, luckily I started this program not a day too late because my last day of Insanity is the day before I fly out! I knew I would lose some muscle because of the intense cardio, but I also thought I would see some BF loss because of the muscle im putting on as well, but this is my first time doing either the cycle or the workout so I just needed some reassurance from the pros here.
heckler - I got the calculator from a link off this site, so its probably not perfect, but I trust this site and Im sure its damn close.

no sir. I was thinking of doing Anavar towards the end of the cycle, but then I read somewhere that once a woman does test, her voice gets deep and doesnt go back. I dont wanna sound like Jim Carreys gym instructor character from In Living Color.... should I post that vid? i should...

You're welcome...yes it's hard to consume that much protein...There are some days where I just don't have time to stop and get a meal in and I end up around 1g/lb. As long as the rest of your macros are in line on those days, you'll be fine.
