Same as a front raise, except wrists are in a neutral position. I think there's some examples on youtube. I've always differentiated between the two, not sure if others do as well.

In regards to the AI, in my research/reading I haven't found any conclusive evidence on what an optimal/effective dose was. It seemed dependent on the individual. Thus, I'm just going to run it at the current and adjust as necessary...but I'm open to opinions.

Terrible terrible workout.
2 weeks ago I was warming up BB bench with 135 then another warmup set of 185, while doing this I felt a tweak in my upper-left pec by my shoulder. Pushed through it and did 6 sets of 225,235..decline flies, cable flies..yadayada. Big mistake. I've taken it easy on my chest workouts and even skipped one to give it a rest.
BB Bench 135x12 ..felt great
225x11 ..felt a sharp pain in the same spot, had to stop. stretched a little
225x6 .. had to stop due to pain
so the rest of my workout was shit, I changed up the routine. I didn't want to touch anything heavy and tried to avoid using that part of my chest

at this point I had to stop because I was on the verge of crying (not really but you get the idea)
I'm not going to stop or see a dr. I know what they'll tell me. I'm just going to try and work around it and give it some time. Fuck. Also, I'll try to get a pic of the wheels up.
My appetite has been non-existant. I usually start the day with 5 egg whites and 3-4 whole eggs with a large bagel. Or a Shake and bagel. I've only been able to eat one of the two usually, and have had to force it down. Although, sometimes I can devour a huge meal without any problems. I'm not sure how to adapt to this this as I think diet is the #1 component
Lifts have been about the same, though I've been hesitant to push on exercises that use my shoulder/chest. Strength on tricep/bicep exercises has gone up some (maybe placebo)
edit: Wanted to add that other than a little more road-rage mood has been the same. Back tonight and BF% calculation tomorrow
