    z labs international Test cyp Progress Pics

    Result form Z labs test cyp, running 400mg a week. Went for a lean bulk.

    The first set of photos were taken before cyle, about one month after a 3 month break where my diet went to shit. Latest photos are end of cycle before pct.

    starting weight was 209lb and went up to 229lb with a change in bodyfat. I dont know what it was when i started but it was high.

    Thanks Z, loved the product was first time running AAs and already planning my next cycle.

    im gonna say bodybuilder but wanted a good base to work from, i dont really want to get much bigger but am going to maintain strength and size until i cut in April. Probably will log it and am going to use z gear again

    Sounds good. I just went by what the pics showed. You look like a big boy who just likes to throw around big weight.

    If you want to look like a bodybuilder you definitely need to start cutting, which you said you plan to.

    I'll be following that log whenever you run it. You definitely have a good base to start with. I'm sure there's a lot of muscle waiting to show itself.

    thanks man, going to start cardio after pct gradually cutting calories slowly through to my next cycle around may time.

    hard to judge when your post pics are pumped at the gym and pre pics are when you were cold....20lbs are some major gains in 10 weeks, too bad it looks like the cyp didn't help much

    Edit: this is not a stab at you brother... it just looks like you made "natural" gains to me

    I disagree with anyone who says he looks the same. Just look at the front double bicep. Not only are his biceps bigger, but look at his chest. In the before pic his chest is flat, in the new pic you can actually see it popping.

    Same thing with the most muscular. You can see a newfound roundness to the pecs. Upper back/traps is thicker in rear double bi.

    There's def a difference... Just looks like gains someone could have made without gear

    Definately a good noticable change!!! If it were me, I would stay at 400mg cyp plus add like EQ and low dose of Dbol, and run it for at least 6 months. cyp doesnt give its full effects for a long time. I believe you would look much more muscular if you did this. But the 2-3 months did have a great effect on your body. I kinda feel bad giving this advise, but I do it for even longer and suprisingly continue to grow!!! OOOPS, I'm 42yrs old so I can do it a little easier than younger guys I think. You have lots of potential for reversing you body, and making it like all muscle, no softness at all, but it will take time and protein in real foods[chicken,lean beef, egg whites, ect] is almost all you should eat while on. It's not easy!!!

    thanks bro, im not sure i want to be on for so long. What im going to do is start cutting slowly in jan/feb then run a cycle in april./may and cutting more hard
