On the day you do tris, you would want to pin them about 5 minutes before you train, so the compound is active during your training session. On non-tricep days, you can use the DES anytime, but you still need to pin the tris. Any time your're using a peptide which has local effects, every inject you do should go into that muscle. You should not be injecting several different muscles only once per week.
You will get substantially better results by including some MGF...either PEG MGF or regular MGF. If it is PEG MGF, you will want to inject about twice weekly at 200-300 mcg per inject, into the muscle you want to bring up. While PEG MGF does have systematic effects, it still exerts a larger percentage of its effects into the injected muscle. If your using MGF, then daily injects are best.
However, keep in mind that IGF-1 has a much stronger binding afinity than MGF, so you do NOT want to inject MGF while any IGF-1 is still active in the system or the MGF will be prevented from attaching to the receptor site (MGF attaches to the IGF-1 receptor, as it does not have its own receptor).
Being that DES only has about an hour long half-life and MGF is only about 5 minutes, there is plenty of time throughout the day to avoid overlap between the two. Both PEG MGF and MGF are relatively inexpensive, so their inclusion into your program is a wise idea.
