Never tried but really looking at it!!

Wife been looking at it and wants to take 1iu Ed don't know enough about it to give advice. She likes what it offers for benefits.

Man I really like me some IGF. But all of the studies about tumors and shit scare me. But there's no doubt that it works. Been using LR3 on non workout days and DES preworkout.

Bout to jump on some GH though. Just playing the waiting game.

I would go with GH.

I'm running 5iu ed right now and plan on boosting that up as soon as I have enough to last a year with the higher dose.

I love the stuff!

I had minor swelling in my hands. Just start at 3.3iu ed and a week or so later bump it to 5iu daily.

at your age brother you would need to run higher than 10iu ed for real effect.

I would say 8iu at a min, J-Thom is 22 I believe. Older guys 35 + can use 4-5iu with good affect.

6iu is safe, but dont expect Huge gains right off that bat at that dose.

@ 28 I would say 6iu for at least 4 months continuously, you would need 720 IU to last you 120 days at ED dosing, some people go 5 on 2 of, or every other day.
