alright guys...im currently 2 weeks into pct from a 14 weeker of 500mg test ew, deca 250mg ew, anadrol 50mg 4 weeks and dbol 20mgs for 4 weeks. all z gear.
im 5'7 and i got bumped up 17 pounds to 201lbs, weights went up great, i remember posting a video ramping up with 325lb deadlift, i can now CLEANLY rep 385lb for 2 reps on deads, 405 will be a big break for me someday soon haha, ass to ground squat with 325 max, which isnt HUGE but it makes me happy considering ive only started those two moves since may of this year. i had help with form from a buddy of mine who does olympic lifts for track and field, big fellow, thrower.
anyway, my max bench is 245lb barbell, i dont touch it often due to bad left rotator cuff. but 100lb dumbells are no issue for 2 sets of 8 after a warm up set of 70lbs for 12. ive loved the entire cycle, ive gotten alot of form, structure, and positive things from it.
on to the real shit...ive kept 200lbs for about 6 weeks or so. had a 4 day stomach virus last week of cycle over thanksgiving FML, so i dropped about 7lbs, cudnt eat barely at all and nothing stayed solid. but, i continued lifting throughout and im now at about 186 187 depending when i weigh myself, but the thing is, I LIFT AS HEAVY AS I WAS AT 201LBS still through my 2nd week of pct now, so i guess from all you novices out there
should i focus on the weight scale at all or keep doing what im doing? im much more vascular then i was, i feel leaner, as if the some fat and all water weight has dwindled but im holding on to muscle and strength. i did much of a dirty bulk on cycle, i now have cut down calorie intake, eating cleaner with a lot more chicken and meat, a lot less carbs, but not as dirty of food in an attempt to do the very thing im doing in order to cut better come march. just looking for oppinions on if the weight scale is a huge priority for people.
sorry...this was long...many wont read...lol oh well
btw pct is
nolva 20/20/10/10
DAA 3mg 4 weeks
normal supps like protein creatine blah blah blah
no, nolva ive had experiance with so i went with it again, it works well with me, no mood issues, yet to have any libido issues as well. i will be using clomid for my cut next year though, figure ill give a shot
If your 6 weeks in and still 200lbs I would not keep looking at scale. The main thing for me is finished product and looking in the mirror!
Getting ready to start another cycle soon and want to had 20lbs and hit 200lbs this go around. If I finish up after dropping water etc and keep 15 i am more than happy!!

well thats the thing, through cycle i kept 200lbs easy. but after the stomach virus i lost 10 due to not being able to eat properly, but im still in the gym doing all the same, the weights are the same and strength as well. which is why i was curious if the scale plays a role in a lot of peoples pct. i always see people "you lost all your gains" or shit like that. but im still doing same weight. so i was jw peoples oppinion. thanks!

I agree. I am not that concerned with the scale as much as I am about the mirror. For me, the way my clothes fit is the true test.

I also finished my pct and kept 90% of my gains. It would of been 100% but these past two weeks studying for finals has really killed my diet. Good thing I will have 4 weeks off from school and I can really pound the food and weights!

I know with myself I watch the scale alot due to quick weight gains wreck my back. (L4-L5 disc went BOOM 10 years ago). In your case I wouldn't be concerned due to lifting the same and looking better. The best test is how you feel.
