    Thumbs up My final push to 6% BF

    As many of you know, I have been on a lean mass gainer for several weeks.

    Right now, I am at 215 and right around 10% BF. I am using CT's (XYZ) diet/HIIT training suggestions to lower my BF% to right around 6%.

    I have exactly 6 weeks left of my blast, and will be cutting out all long esters after this week. The final five weeks will look like this with all short esters:

    Test Prop 100mg ED (Euro Pharm/Big D)
    Tren A 75-100mg ED ("Dr. J's"/Big D)
    Winstrol Depot 50mg ED (H2O Suspension - Uncle Z's)
    Anavar 100mg ED ("Dr. J's" - I have already been running this for 3 weeks)
    Test Base/TNE (Euro Pharm/Big D 100mg PreWO)
    Adex 1mg E3D
    T3 25mcg AM and Afternoon per CT's protocol.

    I will keep this log going and also may include pics after completion, despite my paranoia.
