Here is what I will be running
wk 1-4 Dbol 50 mgs a day
wk 1-12 Proviron 25 mgs a day
wk 1-12 Test E 500 mgs a week
wk 9-12 Methadrol Extreme 2 caps a day
PCT clomid weeks 14-18
Nolva on hand just in case
Will be eating 3500 to 4000 calories daily
I will update the log daily

i have never ran provirone what does it do is it more for bulking cutting helps keep estrogen down etc ?i have heard it is good for geting wood but i never need help there while on z test haha.

I'm currently doing a 5x5 until cycle
These aren't including warm ups
Monday chest and tris
Incline db press 3x8
Flat bb Bench press 3x8
Db fly 2x8
Weighted Bench dip 2x8
Skull crushers 2x8
Tuesday legs and abs
Squats 3x5
Leg curl 3x8
Seated calf raise 3x8
Leg press 3x10
Weighted sit up 3x20
Wednesday OFF
Thursday shoulders and traps
Shoulder press BB 3x8
Shoulder press DB 3x8
Rear delt raise machine 3x8
Lateral raise 3x8
Upright rows smith machine 3x8
BB shrugs 3x8
Friday back and biceps
Chinup or pull up 2x8
Deadlift 1x5
Hammer strength high row 3x8
Seated cable row3x8
BB bent over row 3x8
Lat pull down 3x8
Some type of curl 2x8

I would switch Thursday and Friday if it was me. I find that for me trying to do back after a strong shoulder session really limits my rowing strength. You can also look at a push/legs/pull routine if you like, it can even be tailored to train 4 days a week.
Volume on back day doesn't seem excessive, it really depends on your recovery ability.
