Well with everything i got going on im not writing a super detailed log but thought id update every now and then.
Starting stats
5'10
220 at 10-12% BF
Measurements- Didnt take at beginning but will take tomm for some reference
Cycle info (Made this cycle from some leftovers i had in the stash so not all Z products)
1-20 EQ 600mg
1-20 Test C 600mg (Z line)
1-20 Test Susp 100mg Every lift day (Z line)
1-4 Dbol 50mg ED
1-10 Deca 400 mg
10-20 Anavar 75-100mg ED (Z line)
Well if you read my other posts, you know that im in love with the Z suspension. Was planning on using it on my heavy days but now i think im going to use it as a pre workout for all workouts.
Starting my fourth week and im about 12 pounds up. Abs are starting to go away and im getting that fuller look. Feels good and i could use the extra lube to the joints (Bad shoulders).. The test is definitely kicking in.. Too early for anything else i think. The Dbol wasnt Z and i can now say i think its terribly under dosed or just plain junk. Not a single back pump and i usually get then something terrible. No real strength increase like i would have had starting. But oh well.. And dont ask me what brand it is. I'm not going to bash the sponsor but lesson learned there.
Training
I plan on doing a split of heavy one day and high volume reps the next day and flip flop the following week.
As far as cardio goes.. I dont do cardio during a bulk. I do my 10-15 warmup and that it. Plenty of stretching before and during training.
Diet
Not going to lie on this.. I'm not counting calories.. Im eating 6-8 meals a day. Keeping it clean but not to anal about it. Sticking to the basics: Chicken breasts, turkey patties, fish, broccoli, raw spinach, red potatoes, quinoa, oats and whole grains every now and then. Basicly if im hungry im eating.

Yeah it a little spendy but i think worth it.. Havent run it that long or that high before so hopefully it will be good.
Funny you say that... Took a little longer of a nap before my workout today and didnt wake up in time to take my Suspension (pissed) so i had to settle for some jack3d.. Not sure if it was a mental thing of missing the shot but i seemed off today.
Today was back and high volume day, as i hit chest heavy and low yesterday (blood and guts style). Bicep tendon was really acting up today. I've had an issue with it for months now. Was hoping it would go away but it hasnt so i just power through it. Gonna start keeping a log of poundage soon just for the fuck of it but i normally don't worry about weight. I go the instictive route and try to hammer the muscle out to failure and a good pump. If you guys like to keep a log check out the Jefit app, its pretty cool though i always get annoyed at stopping to log the sets but once you get into a habit its a little better.
Warm up
10 min warmup on the treadmill and 15 min stretching.

I love that back w/o, I hit a lot of the same exercises and I love the volume too. Back and legs grow best on high volume, imo.
