How many of you guys actually DO cardio ? How long and how many days per week ? For me it is the base of my workout.When I was younger and working on size-I did as little as possible. Let's hear it-and don't count having sex as cardio.Well...........OK...............count it-BUT only if is ALPHA sex-Thanks-OD
Always do 10 to 15 min of cardio as a warmup but a full hard session of it... Not during the winter or bulk phased... Come spring time and summer then i do about 3 sessions a week of HIIT cardio.. Normally sprints and stairs. And yes plenty of Alpha sex all year long

I do quite a bit of cardio these days, but my main concern is with overall fitness, not gaining a lot of size and strength. I'm probably around 50/50 between cardio and weight training. When I was powerlifting, I did very little cardio.
Loads and loads. Way more than a BB'er should do I think. But I am not a BB'er just an endurance athlete. One day I will retire and don't want to get fat and lazy so I will try to work more on size and strength but till then this is what I do.

tons for me. when i'm getting ready for a climb I'll do about 60-90 minutes 5-6 days/week (and I'm still chubby!). When I pass nearly every other guy on a climb, I can hear them thinking, "how the hell does that fat guy climb so fast?" I train smart and hard, but eat like a fuckin horse.
