So like i said i added in Var at 90mg a day to my cycle... Ive never run it this high before and as i stated i was blown away at just week 2 on how i was feeling. I'm running Tren at 400 a week, Test C at 600 a week and on the 12th week of EQ at 600 mg a week. I've cut my carbs down and upped the cardio as well as adding in T3 at 50 mcg a day. Im on the second week of the T3. I figured id loose some size with the T3 as i normally sacrifice a little when i run it but instead im steadily picking up size and my strength is out the roof. This has been one of the best cycles i have run. Right now im sitting at 226 havent checked BF lately but i have veins coming in on my lower abs and im still keeping that full muscle belly look....VE

Man I'm telling you if you can swing the Var it's worth the price. Glad to hear good things about the Z Var. i like the upper end dose 100mg is incredible.

You have to try Anavar with Dbol some time...
The doses can be cut back when combining these two.
I run these two in every cycle now...

I usually run Anavar at 50-60 and Dbol at 20-30.
Here's what I learned this from Bill Roberts...
Anavar is a "Class I" steroid - and is most effective when stacked with "Class II" compounds such as Dbol
and Anadrol.
I've added the concept of running Dbol at low doses for a longer time - which I believe is what Arnold and Mentzer
use to do.
By stacking the two I get the Dbol effect without all the sides (bloat and back pumps)
Because of the lower doses - I've ran these for very long periods - without any bad sides...

However - take this with a grain of salt - as I didn't have blood work at the time.
As far as listening to my body - I feel like I could run these two for very long periods - without sides or crashing.![]()
