Od is a good guy and a asset to this forum.

OD is the man, a first class guy!!

OD seems to be a very knowledgable source. His customer service skills are impeccable. You will not find the kind of reps and customer service and appreciation in any other place like it is displayed by the Z team. They are definitely of an elite class. I have been through several sources and I can decipher quality from crap. Now get my package here sooner haha

OD is a knowledgeable and service oriented rep with the ability to manage stressful situations while remaining calm and in control. Overall great asset to Z and the membership here and elsewhere.

OD is a genuinely good guy, with a tough job. Much respect to him.

Od is top notch do is vanessb I'm sure the other reps are great but I like dealing w those 2 thank I z team big ups to I guys even more so then just gear u guys r a big help

OD has been very helpful with any questions I have ever had. Always a quick response and very understanding. Z has a hell of a team. I gotta give props to Z tho too, he has always gotten back to me with questions very quickly and its awesome to see Z on the board giving props to his reps. I've said it before and ill say it again, UncleZ is more than a stand up guy.

No doubt. OD is an asset to these boards. He even pokes in on other sponsors to help out. Great guy with great service.

OD has always been there for all the Z freaks to help solve any problems that anyone experiences (I know this first hand, even helped me out with an issue when he was on vacation). Best customer service ever!!! I just wish that other business had that kind of loyality to their customers.

OD was the first dude to come to answer my questions on this board basically. he's my rep and Z is my "guy." literally more than half a dozen good experiences in the year i've been here cus of them. from customer service to very timely deliveries to great gear helping become a jacked mother fucker. i hope Z and OD and the team have a long life span and i with em.
