Thread: Uncle Z Performance

I have read several post over the last few weeks of a few people who was not satisfied with service, quality, or how long it has taken to receive ordered which some of course are valid complaints. What i would like to point out Z has always worked at maintaining 100% satisfaction for all customers at great expense to Z in many cases. The volume of orders received everyday and the amount of shipments each day, week or month increases the possibility of mistakes occurring. With any business there are things that are either out of his control, or human factors come into play. When you think about how few of errors actually occur it is a VERY SMALL representation of the quality and service provided. There are very few sponsors who have set into place the measures for this type of success and a quality system that exceeds most sponsors. The extent of testing performed by Z is top notch! With mass spec testing, random samples, sending out gear free to be tested are only a few of the quality processes in place. I just think it is something that should be brought up for people to actual think of what type of service is being provided and how many orders are placed and filled with 0 issues. Its like when you buy any type of merchandise a few unhappy customers does not mean the product or the store has issues even if they are valid complaints.

I can tell you statistically he is running over 98% success rate which outstanding for any company! Not many suppliers can say that, when you are looking at the volume of orders supplied! My actual job is looking at quality systems in place and tracking sales mistakes, shipping errors, and defects. It is always unfortunate when a customer is not satisfied and not to say that is acceptable, but wanted to point out that Z has went above and beyond all others in striving for 0 mistakes. Please also keep in mind when it comes to delivery times that is out of Z control or any sponsor when it comes to international sales.
