Have him do 100 mgs Prop 5 times per week and take about 25 mgs of Proviron a day That would be a no side effect first time run............if he ran the Proviron or T higher there may be sides to hard to calibrate for a first timer dependent on his intuition or lack thereof this is just my educated opinion

100mg EOD is only 350mg/wk. That's a little low actually. But throw an AI in there for sure.

I have been reading mixed reviews on taking an AI. Some say to hold off on taking it until sides present themselves. Thats what I have been doing and so far no sides.

It's easier to prevent something than try to fix it after it's already happened.

I see no benefit in letting your estradiol levels get into the female range. It's easy to get bloodwork to dial in your dose and keep estradiol in the 20-30 range.

well ive always used one but a guy on MD , matt porter was talking about not.using them ...ill have.to.find it.and post it.up

Sure, some guys can get away w not using one, but why would you want to have the estradiol levels of a female? How does that benefit you?

Ya I hear ya, but I havent experienced any sides as of yet (100 mgs of prop EOD), but once I start up some tren and mast p then I will def use a AI.
