    New Cycle

    I have posted before, I am male in 40's currently 218lbs 7.6%bf 5'10" tall... I have been AAS for 6 years or so mostly old school test and deca only... Was as big as 275lbs at one point lifting very heavy but am going in the other direction. I have some ten6hundred left but it seems everytime I take it I gain weight, go figure... I want to get as hard ripped and shredded as I can. I lift 1 body part per day and am doing pure cardio burning around 1100+calories per day with my workouts... Thats not including what I burn during the day. I eat very clean, chicken, fish, tuna veggies etc... Its hard to calorie deplete and keep the protein up because of the calories... I want to get to 210 or 205 whatever it takes to get abs and body ripped... I ordered Clen, and thinking about Winstol. I dont want any water, just hard ripped shredded muscles... I do my cheat day once a week to keep my leptin levels up to keep burning fat, a very high glycemic carb day once a week has really helped... Let me know if Winny and Clen will work well together to burn the fat and put on very lean hard muscles and how to cycle them... Thanks Brothers...

    I dont know about the CLen I took some helios and that shit made my head feel like it was going to literally explode worst head ache I have ever had... Over being hit by an IED... But you may want to look into some mast prop.. Run a test p,npp,mastp ,whinny cycle... I think with the mast and whinny you should get good results being you seem to have your diet and training correct.

    One question what are you doing to burn 1k in calories for cardio???

    Also the NPP will help keep your joints smooth with the mast and whinny... Just an IDEA...

    If you are at 7.5% BF you are already ripped sinced that is like comp type BF! If you are trying to schread more then contiue with diet, maybe look at doing some Tren and Winny or anavar

    I think It may have been a typo being he said he wants to get abs and his body ripped.... And if he is not, it is his diet that really needs to be checked to get lower...

    215 lbs this morning, I want to stay at this weight but build up more muscle with no fat.. I have been doing P90X, Assylum etc.. for all my cardio workouts... I have a heartrate monitor and between my bodybuilding routines and cardio and abs etc throughout the day I burn around 1100 + per day... The polar personal trainer website tracks all calories burned that I enter and to stay at 215lbs I need to increase calories to 3650 cal per day... I have been at 1500 cal per day for several months to get to 215lbs where I want to stay. My girlfriend does not want me any smaller.. so I am at this weight and need to start putting muscle back on. I had to get back into serious shape for personal reasons and mostly because people said I could never get down to this weight. So if anybody has a specific diet to increase cal carbs protein etc.. please let me know.. Doing calorie depletion or this long I have not had enough protein or carbs...
    I already ordered the Clen so that needs to be stacked with something else... I was thinking EQ and Winny once I get the Clen... I know that protein needs to be increased 1 gram per lb at least so 215 grams per day for protein, if anybody has a specific diet that I can follow exactly every day let me know I would greatly appreciate it.


    I am in new grounds here, before all I did was eat eat and eat to get bigger but it has been very hard to stay at 1500 cal per day but I made it... So I really need help with this diet and the right AAS to keep fat off but build muscle back up... Thanks brothers for all your help.... I will be waiting for your reply...

    POW what is your BF is it 7.5%??? also when was your last cycle???

    Like I said before you can run test p/ NPP/ mast P and you can run var along side.. Also You might want to think about running T/3 with your clen.. Just remember that you have to start low and build your self up on both the clen and T/3 you also need to tapper off of it as well.

    ALSO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ALL YOUR OCT AND PCT TOGETHER..

    ARE YOU GOING TO RUN A TEST BASE I AM ASSUMING NO SINCE YOU HAVE NOT MENTIONED IT... I WOULD SUGGEST THAT YOU HAVE SOME SORT OF TEST AS A BASE.. IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO MITIGATE WATER RETENTION I WOULD GO WITH ALL SHORT ESTERS.. ALSO MAE SURE YOU KEEP YOUR ESTRO IN CHECK TO HELP FURTHER MITIGATE IT. EQ IS GOING TO MAKE YOU MORE VASCULAR BUT YOU HAVE TO RUN IT AT LEAST 16 WEEKS TO GET THE ADVANTAGE OF USING IT... SO I WOULD SAY RUN THE WHINNY INSTEAD..

    SO MAYBE SOMETHING LIKE

    WEEK 1 -10 TEST PROP 250MG W
    WEEK 1-10 TREN ACE 500MG W WITH THE TREN ACE IF YOUR BODY DOES NOT LIKE IT YOU CAN TROP IT ASAP WITH TREN E IT WILL STILL BE IN YOUR SYSTEM AFTER YOU DISCONTINUE USE.
    WEEK 6-10 WHINNY 50 MG EOD

    WEEK 1-10 VAR 60-100 MG A DAY.

    OCT you will need xstane or adex. letro/ caber HCG
    PCT x stane clomid

    week 1-10 Test 150mg EoD
    week 1-10 Mast p 150mg EoD
    week 1-10 NPP 150mg EoD

    THE CLEN THERE ARE TONS OF PROTOCOLS 5 ON 2 OFF, 14 ON 14 OFF. YOU JUST NEED TO FIND WHICH ONE WORKS BEST FOR YOU.. IF YOU RUN T/3 WITH IT YOU CAN STAY ON LONGER WITH OUT DESENSITIZATION..

    Its been months since my last cycles.. I was using Ten6hundred from Genn with d-bol, I blast cruise all year with no sides ever, no gyno or anything.. I still have some ten6hundred 200mg Boldenon Undecylenate, 200mg Nandrolone Deconate, 200mg Test Cyp... Then cruise with just test cyp... It has worked well for me in strength and size, up to 275 lbs for biggest at around 13% bf for powerlifting etc... I tried the Tren both of them did not like them, I need the cardio aspect of my routine and Tren seemed to affect it... The Clen I was going to do 14 days on 14 off... All the test I have used for the last 6 years I have had no sides and my natural test is already extremely low had the test and have it prescibed to me by doctor... Bodyfat is at 7.6%... Can I run Winny alone with the Clen? If not I would run the test prop with winny... Thanks for the input...

    CAn you run the whinny with clen sure you can do what ever you want man... Would I or anyone else suggest you do so I would say NO.. If you want to run something look up running test prop and win.. It sounds like you have your mind pretty set on just running the win by itself. I dont get it you are already 7.6% BF that is extremely good are you going to compete??????? If not as soon as your cycle is over unless you are on a ridiculous diet you are going to go back to 7%.. Or you will just start losing muscle because you are not eating right.... I dont know what else to say man maybe someone else can chim in... I have never taken winstrol But I would say mast would be a much better compound over winstrol.. mabye you should do a little research on these compounds then figure out what you want... Sorry I can be of anymore help..

    I agree with you I will prob will run a short ester test like prop with Winny, I am at the point where I do not want any water retention at all like you get with test, I was just throwing using Winny with Clen only to see if anybody did that... To see if I could still gain muscle by only using Winny with no water... My goal is to stay hard as possible.. I am at 215lbs now very muscular, I am upping my calories and protein but want to stay at 215lbs lean, vascular, muscular, ripped etc... I have been doing research on this but this is new to me with Winny and Clen.. Like I said I have been old school ever since I started AAS 6+ years ago Test deca orals eating protein etc lifting heavy and heavier... I want a hard ripped body but still want to pack on hard lean ripped muscels.. I am not competing in BB I am just at a point where I want to get bigger lean muscles.. So I know I have not heard of anybody doing only Winny and Clen, but I guess my question is if I did would I get good muscle growth without using a test base...

    you could run mast with the winny and clen. no water retention and it will help counter the libido loss of winny. i have run test winny mast and clen (all Z stuff together as a cycle) and loved it. if you are a real 7.5% than you are already ripped and should have abs and all that no problem. and something like mast and winny would show very noticeable improvements. i would run it with some low dose prop or even sust maybe tho. i like winny but be wary of joints popping. i'm on winny now and my left shoulder and both wrists got a little pain in them. i can still lift heavy, just not as often. my wrists feel better if i slowly release my kung fu grip from the bar or dumbell instead of just letting go quickly.

    I am by no means an expert man.. but I think as long as you keep your E2 under control you would see great gains with the test prop, npp, mast prop cycle.. you can keep the npp low dose to help lube your joints. mast is designed to thin you out and lean you out mast is not something that should be used for guys over 10% body fat.. Yes they will still get an affect from it but someone in your shoes running mast would see GREAT results.. Again as long as all your T's are crossed and your I's are dotted. You will need to run stane or a dex to help combat E2.. But you should have some sort of test as a base to every cycle.. I would not use Sust because you have a higher affinity of water retention because of the esters in it.It is harder to keep blood serum level in check with sust VS test prop... That is why I think you would be best running the cycle I laid out or some dose variant of it . T prop/ NPP/ Mast P... again I think mast would be way more affective over winstrol. All the things you desire are attainable with this cycle.. AGAIN as long as your diet is on point.. You van run the clen in there as well. But you might want to look into some T/3 like I posted before..

    You could also run something I have seen before but I have not seen it to many times and have never done it. but test prop winstrol and mast p..... Maybe someone can chime in on this type of cycle here.....
