I have posted before, I am male in 40's currently 218lbs 7.6%bf 5'10" tall... I have been AAS for 6 years or so mostly old school test and deca only... Was as big as 275lbs at one point lifting very heavy but am going in the other direction. I have some ten6hundred left but it seems everytime I take it I gain weight, go figure... I want to get as hard ripped and shredded as I can. I lift 1 body part per day and am doing pure cardio burning around 1100+calories per day with my workouts... Thats not including what I burn during the day. I eat very clean, chicken, fish, tuna veggies etc... Its hard to calorie deplete and keep the protein up because of the calories... I want to get to 210 or 205 whatever it takes to get abs and body ripped... I ordered Clen, and thinking about Winstol. I dont want any water, just hard ripped shredded muscles... I do my cheat day once a week to keep my leptin levels up to keep burning fat, a very high glycemic carb day once a week has really helped... Let me know if Winny and Clen will work well together to burn the fat and put on very lean hard muscles and how to cycle them... Thanks Brothers...
