When I'm not bulking I do the following (Intermittent Fasting):
1st:
4 Whole eggs and a complex carb (I like apple sauce or a fruit sometimes also)
2nd:
Beef protein shake (~60g Protein)
3rd (PWO):
Multigrain Cereal after PWO shake (Whey)
4th:
Chicken w/broccoli (6-8oz lean chicken, baked in the oven)
5th:
Lean fish (Salmon) w/complex carb (Sweet potatoes or brown rice)
I adjust the above depending on strength needs in the gym and do a carb up on Saturday or Sunday (One meal only).
When I'm bulking I simply eat anything I can get my hands on and up cardio. I include as much spinach and dark colored foods as possible. That is what I'm currently doing.
meal 1: protein shake with oats and 2 shots of olive oil
meal 2. 2 chicken breast and 2 cups of veggies
meal 3 : 2 cans of tuna with miracle whip
meal 4: steak and veggies 2 cups (maybe salmon)
meal 5: protein shake with oats and 2 shots of olive oil
meal 6: 4 egg whites and cottage cheese
water all day . aint going to lie 5 am ..i do one dr pepper
meal 1: PRE WO protein shake 2 scoops whey isolate with 1 cup oats and 30g sugar 1 bananna
meal 2. Post WO PRE WO protein shake 2 scoops whey with 1 cup oats and 30g sugar 1 bananna BCAA creatine i cup of milk
meal 3 :8oz skirt steak 1 cups oats
meal 4: 6 whole eggs raw 2 scoops whey 1 cup oats blended 2 table spoons Peanutbutter
meal 5: 10oz chicken asaparagus
meal 6:Salmon or steak 8oz with brocoli
meal 7: 6 whole eggs 8oz milk to scoops whey 1 table spoon Peanut butter i table spoon EVO oil
12 Fish gel tabs
approx 2 table spoons of EVO oils for cooking
meal 1 4 eggs 2 piece wheat toast
meal 2 can of tuna and some kind of fruit
meal 3 turkey breast on wheat carrots and fruit
meal 4 chicken breast w rice
meal 5 protien shake w/oats and pb
meal 6 some kind of fish and veggies
Meal 1- Egg Whites, Toast... usually a cup of coffee
Meal 2- Any lean meat, or a veggie wrap w/ protein shake
Meal 3- Pre-workout: High carb, NO, syntha-6, 2 banana's, whole milk
Meal 4- Post WO: 12oz steak, salad, yogurt
Meal 5- Shake consisting of creatine, glutamine, ZMA, a banana, and casien
Supplements: Multi, ZMA, EFA, flax, borage, and fish oil, omega 3+6+9, Emergen-C

Oh well.... I eat everything in sight since I host a family of Tape Worms in my intestines. I'm surprised nobody has mentioned this method... a great way to eat everything and slim down.
