i been cruising the forums and thought it looks intreasting as i do weights myself for a few years as i got lot of weights n bench at home and enjoy it alot my personal bests are not much but il put em up im trying for mass

hang cleans 40 kg
i do bent rows ,close grip pullups ,shoulder press too
