Because sugar hinders the burning of fat, I've stopped drinking my average of 2 cups of coffee a day (plain, black coffee tastes like ass).
So would it be alright if I replaced the sugar with sweetener? If yes, then what type of sweeteners are best?
Or are sweeteners pretty much just as bad as sugar itself?
