I have been lifting for 20 years, made some decent progress, never used gear, and have decided to take my training to the next level. This board has a wealth of knowledge. I am eager to learn from the people that are willing to teach.

15% BF (yikes!)
Bench: 365
DL: 560
Squat: 505

I need to add size and strength, and get rid of some serious bodyfat! Happy to be here.
