CROCK POT ORANGE & GINGER CHICKEN
2 to 3 pounds chicken pieces
1 8 oz. can water chestnuts, drained
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tsp. grated orange peel
3 T. soy sauce
2 tsp. grated ginger root
1 clove garlic, crushed
3 T. cornstarch
3 T. cold water
TURN ON THE CROCK POT!!!
cook until it's done... or at least the way you like it!
